Jacky Xu is the co-Founder of Leadership and Management Institute. Jacky grew up in Singapore and received an undergraduate degree from Nanyang Technological University and a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard. He is currently pursing his Doctorate in Education with University of Liverpool and is expected to graduate in AY 2018/19. Jacky co-authored several books, including Edu-Hack Series in internship, personal statements and college admission. He is the board member and trustee of several non-profit organisations like Eager Beaver Parent Support Group (Yishun) and Association for Makeup Artist (Singapore). Jacky served his country with distinction, having held several appointments in Command and Staff Office in the 1st Commando Battalion, Singapore Armed Forces.

Tee Meng Tan is the Head of Student Affairs with Leadership and Management Institute. Tee Meng grew up in Singapore and received his Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore, a Masters in Business Administration from the Nanyang Business School, and an Executive Masters of Science in Finance from the City University of New York. Tee Meng brings with him more than 25 years of experience in project management, investment, asset management and business development, the bulk of which involved managing cross-cultural teams and clients in the Asia Pacific region. Tee Meng is a qualified Quantity Surveyor, a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, a member of the Society of Project Managers, Singapore and he also sits on the Advisory Board of Thong Kheng Charitable Institution.

Larry Tan is the Vice-President of Partnerships and Channels with Leadership and Management Institute. Larry grew up in Singapore and received his Diploma in Chemical Process Technology from Singapore Polytechnic. Besides holding an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment, Larry is also the CEO of Respire Pte. Ltd., a Director Consultant of Business Network International (BNI), and the founder of Click Dolphin LLP. He specializes in customized web solutions with expertise in multi-channel marketing automation, serving big corporations like SMRT and City Chain. In the military, Larry currently holds the rank of a Major, where his contribution as the Deputy Commanding Officer of Air Base Sustainment Squadron in the Republic of Singapore Air Force involves significant complex decision-making in planning and executing military operations. Kin Ng is an elected Thought Leader in Leadership and Management Institute. Kin grew up in Singapore and received an undergraduate degree from New York University. Oscar is the Head of Digital Media and Production of Leadership And Management Institute. Oscar grew up in Spain and received his diploma from Escuela Superior de Comunicación, a design and communications graduate school in Madrid, Spain. Oscar served his country with distinction, having graduated as a Black Beret from the Brigada Paracaidista, one of the Polyvalent Brigades of the Land Force of the Spanish Army and part of the quintessential elite units of the Spanish Army that is along with the Spanish Legion. Prior to LMI, he held several key appointments in multi-national firms, including ESPN (Madrid, Spain), Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales (Madrid, Spain), and Media Network (Lima, Peru). Oscar has participated in several high profile international media works, including leading the Spanish Media Team as the Technical Manager Beijing Olympics 2008, and the Technical Director for Virtual Stage Design and Development in Lima.

Richard Wan is the Facility Manager with Leadership and Management Institute. Richard grew up in Singapore and has decades of facility management experience having worked all around Asia. Before joining LMI, Richard was the General Manager of Golden Gate Construction Pte Ltd, a project management and construction company. Prior to that, Richard was the General Manager of TTS Chana Auto Pte Ltd, a service center for automobile for almost half a decade. Richard was also a senior executive for more than 25 years with Comfort Transport Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Comfort Delgro Corporation, one of the world's largest private transport operators. All in all, Richard brings with him more than 30 years of facilities management, renovation and service experience, both in Singapore and across Asia.
